The AMC-SCHOU CH 150 valve seat and guide machine has been developed to meet the standards of today's cylinder heads. With new, improved 3-D air-cushion positioning system, floating table fixture and extremely high workhead elevation (allowing easy access to the cylinder head), this machine will earn money for you for years to come.

Selection of tools for valve guide repair - starter kit consisting of :

3 reduction arbors, ISO 30/MT2
3 Morse taper reduction cones, 2-1 with trigger
1 drill chuck, cap. 0-13 mm incl. arbor ISO30
1 spot facer, 15/6.8 mm tool
2 core drills, 10.75 mm and 12.75 mm dia.
1 reamer, 13 mm dia.
1 valve guide driver, 13.5 mm dia.

 

Selection of tools for valve seat cutting and counterboring for installation af new inserts - starter kit version 2-valves technique consisting of :

3 form tool arbors, no. 2-3-4 ISO30 for 9.52 mm pilot adaption, tool 10 mm, seat    cap. 25-60 mm with    clamping adaptors.
2 cutting tools for counterboring.
8 cutting form tools for valve seats.
1 tool setting micrometer for counterboring, cap. 16-27 mm dia.
1 tool setting device for seat cutting.
18 pilots with 9.52 mm adaption, solid carbide, 1 each diameter: 6.98 - 7.00 - 7.02, 7.93 - 7.95 - 7.97 - 7.99 – 8.01 – 8.03 – 8.71 – 8.73 – 8.99 – 9.01 – 9.96 – 9.98 – 10.00 - 10.98 – 11.98.
