Holder for Cutter Head Tool Holder for Cutting Head Tool Setting
The cutter heads are mounted in the holder for easy tool setting before clamping onto the boring bar.

Cutter Heads Cutter Heads
3 Cutterheads, 1 for 50 mm bar and 2 for 60 mm bar are available with the following capacities:
50 mm bar: 105-150 mm (4.1"-5.9")
60 mm bar: 110-155 mm (4.3"-6.1")
60 mm bar: 155-200 mm (6.1"-7.9")
The precision ground outside diameter is used as reference point for tool setting.
Off-Set Bracket Bushings Off-Set Bracket Bushings
For boring of camshaft holes in narrow block designs special off-set thin walled bushings are often required.
Available for all 5 boring bars.
Boring Sag Measuring Device Boring Sag Measuring Device
By means of this device boring bar sag is easily eliminated. The amount of sag for each boring bar is available in the operating manual.
Radial Facing Attachment Radial Facing Attachment
The radial facing attactment fits on the 30-40-50-60 mm boring bars.
Max. swing diameter of unit: 180 mm (7.1")
Feed per revolution: 0.12 mm (0.005")
Internal Measuring Gauges Internal Measuring Gauges
The internal measuring gauges which allow measuring of the bore without removal of the boring bar.
The internal gauges are available in 3 sizes:
25-70 mm / 0.98-2.75 inch
35-105 mm / 1.38-4.13 inch
100-210 mm / 3.94-8.27 inch

 
TG1 Tool Grinder
The tool grinder with its 150 mm grinding and diamond lapping wheel as well as an adjustable jig for 8 mm tools ensures that correct angles are ground on boring tools. Can also be used to grind boring tools for cylinder boring machines as well as con-rod boring and grinding machines.
